Hands.

Ladies and gentlemen ;), have you ever known a man with magic hands? Not good, not passable, but magic? From giving a really great massage to ...., he was the best ever? Well I have a theory about such men, and since GC seems to be the place to substantiate hypotheses, my question is, how old was this fella when you knew him?

Lol I'm not sure what the implications are in this thread, but I'll give it a go. I'm mildly ashamed of this but I'll share anyway. :p

Freshman year, my friends and I attended a Ladies Appreciation night thrown by the Sigmas at another campus. There were free massages and chocolate-covered strawberries, so why not? Well, my turn came for the 15-minute massage and I met...we'll call him "Davin." He laid me down and he started to rub my shoulders, then moved down my back...I swear I've never felt anything like it. He kept moving lower and lower on my back, dangerously close to my butt, and every single nerve was ON FIRE. I won't go into detail, but my eyes rolled back, my toes curled inside my shoes, and I'm positive I moaned a couple times. :o He'd press on certain parts of my body and I'd just lose my breath. When he asked me if it had been okay, my face was beet red from all the nasty thoughts that had gone through my head in the last 15 minutes. :o I rejoined my friends and they all asked me if it was good. I said "I think I just lost my virginity on that table. It was that good."

They all fought over who would go next and the only one who enjoyed her massage got Davin. ;)

ETA: He was a Junior, so he was probably about 21.

No implications. lol.

I am just writing a research paper.... No but seriously, I have a theory about when "magic hands" kick in, and I am using the very scientific method of polling GC to prove my theory.

Folks can offer storys (BTW yours was fun), or just an age.

Also, if yours proves to be my only response, then my theory is shot all to hell. lol.

I have yet to meet a man with magic hands, so sadly I have nothing to contribute other than...
CG there's nothing to be even mildly ashamed about and um...lowkey did you at least get Davin's digits and can I get a referral? lol.

Hahahaha girl at 18 I wasn't that bold. But man I wish I had been, college would've been a lot more fun. :o

Somewhere around 35 years old. I was quite a bit younger.

I know this was bumped by a spammer, but I missed this thread the first time around.

When I was in grad school, one of my fellow GAs, Gary, was a massage therapist. In order to ensure that our focus was on our GA position, our assistantships were awarded based on a student-department agreement that students would not have any other jobs. When he accepted the assistantship, Gary willingly discontinued his MT job during the school year.

Our first summer, once we were all released from the agreement, Gary started up the MT thing. My first year was relatively stressful, so I decided to see if Gary was as good a masseuse as he was a student. OMG.

He really did a fantastic job. My experience wasn't anything sexual like CG's experience with Davin, but he did things with his hands that I never knew were possible. He attributed his skills to having been on the drumline throughout high school and college. He seemed to think that while his MT classmates were focusing on how tired their hands were, he was able to focus on what his hands were doing. If that's true, then God bless drummers.

I'd say I discovered his magic hands when he was about 24. He had been a MT for a couple years before I met him, though, so I don't know how that affects the age theory.

Wow. Hadn't thought about that for years. Wonder how Gary's doing these days...

Oh! The boyfriend's hands, my oh my...

I met him when he was 20 and it was all started by a foot rub. Three years later and I still ask for massages as presents instead of jewelery.
