Are you really incapable of spelling alpha?

Gusteau 11-27-2009 08:15 PM

the consistent "Alph" boggles my mind...

In a somewhat related anecdote, high school fraternities (fraternuties?) were all over Long Island back then. My uncles were both in one, but it didn't have greek letters. I've never heard of a high school Alpha Sigma Phi around here.

Yes, yes, I got that when you told me the first time, smart ass. The thing that boggles me is your incapability of spelling the words ALPHA and FRATERNITY.

Psi U MC Vito 11-27-2009 08:20 PM

My first taught is that maybe they meant Aleph and kept misspelling it.

pshsx1 11-27-2009 08:23 PM

Nope, I looked it up... according to... Wikipedia and other forums, it's a legit high school fraternity. Talk about some solid sources, though.

Gusteau 11-27-2009 08:26 PM

Look at that...they have a facebook group

pshsx1 11-27-2009 08:33 PM

I think their coat of arms was made in paint.

What is the point of HS fraternities anyway? I mean if the OP is anything ot go buy they need to spend more time learning and less time socializing.

They must have bin in the knights.

pshsx1 11-27-2009 10:17 PM

Do you mean knights?

Do most high school Alph Sigs end up staying in Long Island to keep the name known by all getting jobs at the local Taco Bells and gas stations?
