The University at Buffalo's Office of Student Affairs has suspended . . . Tau Kappa Epsilon after hazing rules were broken.
The incident occurred at a party early Friday morning that resulted in two people being taken to the hospital and four people being arrested.
UB Spokesman John Della Contrada says the fraternity violated the university's zero tolerance hazing policy.
Della Contrada . . . tells Channel 2, in cases like this, students are typically suspended. He also says that the fraternity could face additional disciplinary action pending the results of a Buffalo Police investigation.

The Colorado incident was the Gordie Bailey case with Chi Psi. You are correct that, unfortunately, Gordie died. His parents set up the organization The Gordie Foundation.
