Greek gifts - iron-on letters - craft items
 

It's chilly outside, the Christmas music is on and I just made my daughter's letters and sewed them on a t-shirt and made her shorts to match the color of the letters on the t-shirt. Now I think I want to do the same for her Big and for her roommate as Christmas presents. (My daughter and her roommate rushed together this past fall and now they are sisters, too). I can easily make the 3 letters of the sorority but I would like to have the whole name on the back. Where can I find things like Greek iron-ons and greek fabrics and other greek craft type items?

Go to your local quilt shop and ask to see their 30's fabric. These are mini-motif reproductions that are based on designs from the 1930s and there may be a symbol from your daughter's org. The motifs are small enough to be used in block letters.

The Clemson bookstore sells orange Vineyard Vines ties with a white paw repeat. VV also makes college logo boxers but I didn't see that on their bookstore website.http://clemson.bncollege.com/webapp/...topCatId=40000

thanks. I don't live anywhere near Clemson. But, the next time I go there I will check. I went to Joann fabrics this weekend and didn't find anything. But, I will try a quilt shop that is near me.

Christmas is that time of the year when everyone is simply happy. It's the holiday season that not only brings cheer to every body's lives but also plenty of gifts. Presenting gifts to one another during Christmas is a way of showing how much you really care about the other person.
