I am the official person that contacts our HQ when badges appear on ebay. I check eBay daily and have already reported this badge. Unfortunately, eBay refuses to forbid these sales so all we can do is watch the auctions, bid on those that we can afford to own and hope for the best.

there is one new badge up now from 1927. when you alert nationals about them, do they buy the badges from ebay? i cna't stand the thoguht that someone who isn't a zeta has a badge out there.
