What are you watching on TV??
 

Greeting Ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha and Sisterfriends...

I was wondering, what are you all watching on TV these days??? Being that I work, Coach and parent I hardly have time to watch anything. However, there are times when I have a moment to spare and turn on the television and am not sure what to watch. I was able to DVR the series Hawthorne and watch it at my leisure (which I loved) but other than that.....nothing! So if you ladies wouldnt mind sharing, that would be great! :)

The shows that I watch most consistently are CSI: New York, Numbers, and Law and Order SVU. I am a crime drama gal. I also like Gossip Girl (my guilty pleasure show).

I haven't really picked up any new shows in the last couple of seasons. Also, I stopped watching most of the shows that I used to watch because I was living without a tv for a year, and now I just can't get back into them.

I think I will have to seriously watch an episode of Law and Order...I have heard so many people say that this show is really good. I watch alot of shows and A&E like "The Cleaner" and "Intervention"....

USA runs marathons all the time. SVU is the best, in my opinion. I watch Criminal Intent reruns sometimes, but the guy who plays Detective Goren freaks me out a little, and I really don't care for Jeff Goldblum (I think that he is one of the stars now.)

So I finally was able to watch SVU and I am totally hooked! They air marathons pretty much every weekend and I DVR all of them and just watch them at my leisure. I have been meaning to log on and tell you that I really love the show and thank you for the suggestion. Also I have watched the Criminal Intent ones and I just cannot get into it. The regular Law and Order episodes catch my attention more than those it just seems a bit odd and the casting choices are horrible. But anywho thanks alot! :-)

I am sad that Numb3rs is going away, or at least that's how the season finale made it seem (though it was called a season and not a series finale).

Recently I have gotten into the syndicated re-runs of TVOne's "Lincoln Heights" and CBS's The Unit.

Lisa Raye the Real McCoy on Thursdays at 9pm, TV1 is off the chain
