If God had given you the chance to look down on earth and observe before you were born, which sex would you have chosen to be and why?

I would stay being a male because women really do have it worse.

Good question. I am glad I am a woman in America. It has a lot to do with having economic stability of course, so if my circumstances were different, I might have a different answer. Men have so much pressure on them. They have societal expectations that until recently most women haven't had to deal with. Their success or failure is judged by much harsher standards than women and on so many levels.

As a woman, I have had the pleasure of giving birth, nursing and witnessing every little moment of their development. Men, fathers on the other hand, bear the brunt of the financial responsibility for their future and miss the cookie kisses and the scraped knees tears. Fathers are dedicating more time to their family than in my youth, and sharing the housekeeping and child rearing duties to the benefit of all. Still, there remains the image of the bread winner. No, I think it would be tough to be a man.
Of course if I lived in Afghanistan....

I would absolutely choose to remain a woman. :) For many reasons--I'll list silly ones here--CLOTHES, SHOES, HANDBAGS, JEWELRY!

I think I'd stay a woman. I love being able to get dressed up and wear cute stuff. I love shopping for shoes to match every outfit I have, always having the cutest handbag, and shopping for makeup. Plus I love being fussed over by guys. :) It's too much fun being a woman...why change????

I would definately stay a girl!! If I were a guy, I wouldn't get to play with make-up, make myself all pretty, shop alot!! And if I were a guy I'd have to spoil women, istead of being spoiled myself, and I like that too much to want to change.:D
