Letter of Intent
 

I'm running for a position in my sorority. They ask for a letter of intent. I was wondering if any of you had any good resources to write a great letter or have any suggestions. Thank you.

I would look on job-hunting sites for resume cover letters since I am assuming that's basically what you're going to be doing.

It also sounds like a nomination speech as well.
