need some help...
 

hey girls! My little needs some help. She is the NMC this year. This semester she has 4 wonderful nms. The problem is that 3 out of the 4 are very close. they call each other the triple threat. My little does not know how to get the girls connected together. It's not like the last girl isn't as talkative or anything. She is actually the loudest most talkative girl in the group. All the rest are very quiet, shy girls. I do not know if one of the reasons the three girls are not talking to the other one is because the last girl is very busy with being a nm and playing rugby for the college. She is also not so girly as the other girls. My little asked me what to do and I gave her a few ideas like have a game night or have them get together and do crafts. But she doesn't know if that will work. Does anyone have any suggestions that I can tell her. I don't want this girl to go thru her pledging process feeling left out. Thank goodness that she is getting really close to the sisters. please help!

Quite honestly, it sounds like girl #4 is just fine where she is - she's in the middle of her season and it's a wonder she has time to pledge at all. But I mean, it doesn't sound like they are shutting her out - rather the opposite!

As long as they complete the things they need to complete as a class, I'd tell your little not to get hung up about it. Not every pledge class has to be BFFs. There were 5 in mine, and while we got the things done that we needed to get done, we certainly were not super close as a group. We all had great sorority experiences anyway. It's really not a big deal.

as long as girl #4 feels a connection to some girls in the chapter, she should be fine. it would not hurt for the vp2 to try some activities so that the nm's can get to know each other better, but it doesn't sounds like anything to stress over.
