Can I pledge again?
I quit my sorority last semester after being initiated. It was a horrible decision, but it was for personal reasons. In reality, I should I just became inactive, but I terminated my membership. I miss it so bad...and I miss my sisters. :( I regret it so bad, and I want nothing more to be in it.
They told me when I quit that I couldn't return and I couldn't join another NPC sorority, but are there any exceptions to join the sorority you pledged to in the first place? I'm very serious about wanting to be back in it. I have cried and prayed. I made a mistake, and I wish I could take it back. Is it anyway possible to rejoin? |
Talk to your organization's national board [or insert applicable title here]. They are the only ones that can help you with this.

If you were in good standing with your chapter and Nationals when you quit, it's a possibility to rejoin.

You may not want to put your prior affiliation in your user name, however.

I know that termination of membership within some sororities is permanent. In others, it is not. I would contact someone more knowledgeable about that particular org's policies.
PS. If you terminated your membership, you don't need to be using the sorority name in your username. |
