A man caused $20,000 damage to an adult store Wednesday morning when he drove his car into the building and stole a $150 sex toy.

The Lorain County Sheriff's Office is trying to enhance the surveillance images of the incident to get the license plate number from the car and details of the thief's face.

A widely downloaded video created by the Elyria Chronicle Telegram on YouTube shows the car plowing through the front doors of the Adult Mart on Cooper-Foster Road, outside Amherst, at 5:43 a.m., and what happened afterward

The thief jumps out of his car, picks up one toy, drops it and grabs another. He then runs back to the car, jumps in and drives through the doors on the back of the building.

"He was a man who clearly knew what he wanted," said Sheriff's Capt. John Reiber. "He went exactly to the right place in the store. The first toy he picked up was worth $300. He put that down and only took the $150 one."

Reiber said it was also clear that the thief knew there would be video cameras, since he hid his face.

How long do you think it will take an entrepreneur to come up with a drive through adult store? Seriously though, one that had a big enough drive through for RVs and semi trucks would probably make a killing on the interstate.

Yea, but in a Drive Through Adult Store, there is no room for browsing. I mean, he could have been stuck with the $300 sex toy instead of the bargain $150 toy.
