ANADARKO, Oklahoma - A murdered pastor was stripped naked and posed in a "crucifix" position by her killer, sources close to the investigation told an Oklahoma newspaper.

The Rev. Carol Daniels also had deep, gaping wounds to her throat that nearly decapitated her, according to a medical examiner's report obtained by the Oklahoman.

My wife has one of her grandkids as a student.

Pretty shocking stuff really. These sorts of cases give me pause with respect to my belief that the death penalty ought to be abolished. I hope they catch the animal(s) who did this.

This just doesn't make any sense to me. Someone she might know? Huh?

i just hope they find who did this.

That is so awful, I can't believe how sick some people are.

I feel sick to my stomach. My heart goes out to them, especially the kids. It's hard enough to lose your grandmother, but to know she died like that can break a child.
