Dues (etc.) collection services

Hello there, folks. Our chapter is in the process of paying off a pretty sizeable debt to our national headquarters, and to prevent it from happening again I want to move to a dues collection service. So far I have heard about the following services:
  • Omega Financial
  • EasyDues.com (not really a COLLECTION service per se)
  • Greek Capital Management
  • Bill Highway (discussed in this thread)
  • Greek Bill
I would like to know any of your chapters have used any of these services (or any that I didn't list), and if so, how satisfied you were. I'm looking for information such as:
  • Ease of use
  • Value (did you get your money's worth?)
  • Billing issues (e.g., lost payments)
  • Speed (how fast did payments get to your bank account?)
  • Any other great features or nagging problems that I should know about.
Thanks for your help!

PS: MMiller, I know that you work for EasyDues.com, so please state that clearly in the interest of full disclosure if you reply to this.

My chapter this year is using GreekBill and hopefully it helps take off the pressure of collecting dues ourselves. My chapter also has a lot of debt from alumni and we are slowly paying that off. So far Greekbill has been great!

My son's chapter is using Omega for the first time this year. I've made 2 payments so far and have found it extremely easy - over the phone or online using any major credit card.

I don't know from the other side, but I know they went to it because it was tough to get all the payment from everybody on time. And last year, I got a call from the treasurer that I hadn't paid the bill - but I had! It had been credited to someone else!! So, I'm glad they are using this service now, it seems more business like.
