Great Post!

While my mother wasn't greek, my father was (a fiji). I know he shared/shares a lot of the same sentiments as the article writer has; a wish for me to find a place where I belong and to make friends that will last a lifetime. While the relationship is slightly different, since I obviously can't pledge his organization, the hopes are the same.

I have so many "uncles" who are fijis it's ridiculous! I have seen the strong friendships that the greek system can form, and I look forward to experiencing them myself :)
