Hey My name is Joycelyn Calloway and I am writing because I am putting trying to put on a Charity Event in NOV. My Eastern Star Chapter (Reflection of a Queen) is Raising money for our Modern Free Scholorship Fund. So let me know if you all have time in your busy schedules to participate in this event. This is the First Annual event and I want the Best teams in the State to Join. The Time and place is not Set yet I just wanted a little confirmation. You say you want teams to participate -- what kind of teams are you looking for (step, dance, etc)?

Just clarifying for those interested.

It is actually the "1st Ever." You may decide to never do it again or to do it biennially. :)

It doesn't become annual until you've had it for consecutive years. I believe the standard tends to be three consecutive years (3rd Annual).
