Miss North Carolina

My boyfriend's good friend was crowned Miss NC this weekend. She graduated from Elon University in NC in 2007 and was an AOII there!

Her name is Katherine Southard and she's my G-Aunt (my G-Big's twin). If anyone saw her at the Miss America Pageant last week, she looked amazing! Epsilon Chi is so proud of her!
