Regional Conference Cycle 2009...
 

...begins this week, Thursday, June 18th. in Baltimore with the Eastern Regional Conference! This will be my first regional conference and my first as a member of a host chapter.

Who is coming?

I wasn't able to attend but I did want to give kudos to my chapter as we won 2 awards at the Sisterhood luncheon. I am espeically proud that our website won the technology award! I'm the webmaster. :D

I went to Baltimore for the Eastern Regional Conference and it was WONDERFUL!! I am renewed in Delta, I am recharged in Delta!! Soror President's speech, which will be online after the conference cycle, was WONDERFUL!!
Ya'll, it was so great to hear her message as we move into a new sorority year. She brought laughter with seriousness, announced many new initiatives, one geared towards young boys. Soror Boyd, was her dynamic self, Soror Heights was elegant along with Sorors Rice and Daley!

It was a great time to be had! But the best part of conference is:

REGIONAL CHAPTER OF THE YEAR

Ya'll don't understand how proud and happy we are! We have worked so very hard this sorority year!

We have a wonderful new Regional Director hailing from the great state of Maryland.

2011 Regional Conference will be in New York City!!

Which chapter are you in? MCAC? I was way in the back during the Luncheon and was often distracted, so I missed a lot of the awards!
