how do you get into a high school sororities
 

I just found out about my high school having a sorority called KAZ. Some of my friends are members of it now. I think that it would be something neat to do but I have no clue how to get in or what "rush" is. So if you could please tell what I need to know about this I would be really grateful. Also what do they look for when they are accepting people. Thank you!
