I currently attend a school where there are several Latina/Multicultural sororities including Lambda Theta Alpha, Sigma Omega Phi, Lambda Sigma Gamma and Lambda Theta Nu(as a city chapter). Out of these organizations I feel like the only one that would really fit my needs is Lambda Theta Nu but is it a big deal that they aren't recognized by the school? It has been said that they wont likely get recognized on campus. I was also considering trying to start up my own chapter of Sigma Lambda Gamma because I have researched the organization and like what it stands for but I don't know how hard it would be to get it started on my campus. Also, one of the main reasons Lambda Theta Nu stands out to me is because of the sisters, they are all very nice and have a great reputation. Also they are about the right size, I don't like very large organizations nor extremely small organizations. With the other organizations on campus, they are either too small, too big, not active enough, have bad reputations or a combination of these.

So basically, my choice is down to Lambda Theta Nu or Sigma Lambda Gamma and I have no idea what would be a better choice, please let me know what you think!

im not asking anyone to make the choice for me, i just want to hear peoples opinions in order to see what these org's reputations are like elsewhere. i just wanted to know what other people's opinions were, didnt realize that was such a bad thing!!
