Dance My Ass Off - New Oxygen Show
 

Has anyone heard about the new show that uses movement, competition and diet to lose weight? It is getting a lot of publicity, I believe the show will be popular just like the biggest loser. It does help that it is a spin-off of Dancing with the Stars. I think it is a great new addition to reality television.
