GreekChat.com Forums - Rushing at NC State Next Year

I couldn't find a search feature, so if this thread has already been posted, I apologize. I am going to NC State next year, and I am interested in rushing an IFC fraternity. I was wondering if anyone on here either went/goes to NCSU, or just has some insight on what to expect. I have heard that the formal rush is not very organized. I was just wondering about what to expect, how to make sure I contact organizations I am interested in rushing if the formal rush is not as structured, what dress is expected (i have heard both that it is a "fratty" and not that "fratty" college, and i honestly have no idea what that entails for dress), and anything else you think might be of use for me next year. Thanks for taking the time to read this and help me out :)
I forgot to mention my age, I am graduating from high school, 18 years old, incoming freshman if that makes any difference.
