What do yall think about that??

I was always told that you should never put black on you r kane unless you fall under 2 circumstances:

1) Youre a renegade
2) You are mourning a dead NUPE..

Whats the word from the old heads?

@ Pretty boy: Yea, I just wrapped mine for the probate and it is base red with black and white swirls and a white hook...The white is for me being the fresh one, the red for my brother and the black for my unkle..

@KAPPAtivating: Yea, I went to see some of my sandz kross and got wuestioned kuz my dean and I had on black hoodies and my kane had black on it...but i explained the kane and theyw ere all good with it.

The black jackets don't bother me either. I don't see what the big deal is. I have one, and I've never heard about the issue with black jackets until I signed onto greekchat.

Exactly. Here's the thing brothers. This dude is obviously a troll, so he/she should be easy to ignore. I'm not concerned with him/her at all. My concern rest with the non-trolls on here. The real folks on here who have been posting for some years. Listen, a while back, I thought it would be nice to start a random thread of our own, but it got closed, not because of the trolls, but because of the real folks on here causing problems in our forum. After it was closed, I noticed that the other greek organizations on here who had/have a random thread didn't have any problems. Their random threads were/are still going strong. Ours was too, until the drama unfolded. So far it hasn't happened since then, but if it does, please ignore them. Because the only thing it does is attract more of that member'(s) minions, then the arguing starts and our random thread gets closed. If we don't have anything to randomly talk about, then where else are we going to post?

Brothers, I'm here to tell you, if our random thread gets closed this time, I'm out. If I can't chat with my own fraternity brothers in our own forum, then there's no point in posting on this message board anymore. So again, this dude is trying to get our thread closed. IGNORE him/her and any other REAL long time member who tries to get something started in any thread WE start in our own forum.
