I'm a new High Gamma...
 

..for the Epsilon-Xi Zeta at Florida Southern College. I'm trying to think of some different things to do, like a contact card with of the brothers phone numbers and an online calendar of all of our events that emails all of the brothers in the chapter to remind them when things are. But I don't really know what else I can do, I'm stuck for ideas. Anyone have some suggestions?? They would be greatly appreciated.

Our chapter uses Google Calendar to keep track of the schedule. You can even save it in easy to read weekly formats and email that out to the whole chapter at the start of the week if you like.

Also, we use tatango.com to send mass text messages about event changes and reminders.

As for a contact database, Excel works fine, or you could create a Google Spreadsheet and link a form to it so that alumni and actives can update it themselves.

You may also contact Chris Hall who is one of your alumni and a former ELC as well. I'm sure he knows your chapter situation well and what would work for your chapter.
