Too much drama! Help!
 

I'm in a coed fraternity. My chapter is still a baby, and our numbers are small. It seems that whenever everyone is getting along, and the drama has died down, one or two (usually the same people) pull some shady moves. We've tried taking to them, but nothing works.

I'll take any advice you've got!

This time, they're trying to turn brothers against each other

If you've spoken to them about it and they're not working for the best interest of the fraternity (ie by destroying it from the inside out :P) then... why are you keeping them around?

because even for a suspension it takes 75% of the chapter to agree to suspend them. And expulsion is even harder. I love them, they're still my Brothers. It's almost like we need a counselor.
