Gamma Beta Installation!
 

Hey, ladies! I saw the thread about needing some excitement...how about the Gamma Beta Installation at the University of North Texas this weekend?

I'm very excited to be attending, as I have not been to an initiation in at least 15 years! (Ok, I'm totally dating myself now.)

I hope you had a good time. I love going to initiation, especially at different chapters. It really hits home how connected we all are. :)

It was a beautiful event and the girls were darling. Almost 250 people were in attendance to celebrate the 51 new members

It WAS a lovely event. I predict great things for that chapter.

It was wonderful to see the Ritual again...I found it interesting that I remembered some parts exactly, but there were some parts that I didn't remember (not like I had never seen/heard it before, but it just didn't come to mind when I was thinking about it beforehand).

Also, I had never been to an initiation at a chapter other than my own. I second what Leslie Anne said about it illustrating the connection between us all. It was a really neat experience to attend the installation, and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to go.
