Fundraising idea & need your advice
 

I have a fundraising idea for greek chapters, I have written a book which is designed for college students and their parents, which I know will sell very well as a fundraiser for Greek organizations, and would be very profitable & easy to sell. I am happy to send you details about my book. I am not involved in the Greek community, so I don’t know a lot about how they typically do fundraisers. If you can answer any of the following, I would truly appreciate it:


-Is there a main time of calendar year when chapters are trying to do fundraisers?

-Do fund raisers have to be approved by your national fraternity administration

-Do most chapters have their own website and have the ability to post a fund raiser announcement & details page to their existing website.

Does one person typically lead the project – for example is there typically a fundraising coordinator or similar designee appointed??
