Rush Questions
 

I'm thinking of going through spring rush at my school, but I have a question for all you Greeks out there. I've been reading the posts of the girls going through rush so far, and I understand the whole process up to Bid Day. I understand that after Pref night, when you fill out your cards, you put down your first choice and then your second. Let me use ZTA and KD as an example. Say I put down KD as first choice, and ZTA as second. I know that if, on bid day, KD offers me a bid, and they are my 1st choice, then I'm KD. But what if KD is my 1st choice, but they don't offer me a bid and ZTA( here, my 2nd choice) does? Does that mean you can choose to be a ZTA? Or are you not anything? Can someone clear this up for me? Thanks!!

You basically have it in one. =) If you put down KD and ZTA on your card in that order and KD does not offer you a bid but ZTA does then you are a ZTA. =)
