Hey!
I am the Academic Excellence Chair in my Chapter and I have been asked to do the Chapter Development over academics.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do for this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is kind of late but there are a lot of things you can do!

You can give out study tips, and great places on campus to study. And not sure if you have a chapter house but one of my favorite things is during finals week they put up balloons with your class name on your door so when you finish your final you can pop the balloon. So everyone around your room knows how many finals you have or when you are done!

you can also do snacks during exam week....we had some and had a card on them that said "crunch time" and was filled with all kinds of crunchy snacks
