Pledge Tasks
 

So does anyone have their pledges preform tasks? I'm not talking about like in 'Beta House' when they had their list; but thing that would help bond the pledges together maybe help them learn about what it means to be a brother of Theta Chi. Any input or ideas would be great.

Our new members planned a service activity and then we all, as a chapter, participated in it. They were really excited to plan something, and it showed them they could be leaders in the sorority.

Absolutely. A lot of the tasks we have them perform are done several times until they learn how to perform those tasks in unison. By the time hell week arrives they usually have it down.
