AMAZING RACE SEASON 14
 

So, anyone watch the premiere tonight? I don't really have any "can't stand them" teams yet:rolleyes:

I watched the premiere. It will take me some time to get them all straight. I kept thinking the cheerleaders and some other team were the same girls except their hair kept going from blond to red to blond to red, so clearly they were different teams! I think the other team is the flight attendants. I could see flight attendants doing well based on their experiences. The one team I don't care for already is the one that came in second to last. He was so mean to her. From things they said, I think their life experience is going to be too limited to do really well on the race. They haven't traveled much.

was it against the rules to just let the cheese roll down the hill and then run down to fetch it? that is what i would have done.

I said the same thing to my husband. That team that came in first (the mom and deaf son) rolled two of theirs down (one crashed through the neighbors fence :)). That looked like the method until the hick (who is awful to his wife) put 3 of them on the board and dragged it down.

From the previews, the hick wife cries through the next episode, so I hope they are last. I can't stand listening to spousal abuse and crying on this show.

Glad the bickersons from SC came in last. At least one mean couple is off! I didn't think I'd like the flight attendants or the cheerleaders, but they seemed like pretty good racers with good attitudes. All the others are okay too, I don't have a favorite yet.

LOVE the mother and son team - was so glad they came in first. Not too keen on the flight attendants right now, but we'll see if they can change my mind. I *really* want to root for the dating couple from San Diego, but there's just this tone I heard from her last night during the cheese task that made me go "hold on..."

So glad the show is back - it's my travel adventure by proxy! :)

The only down side to a new Amazing Race season is GCers not knowing there are already 2304928342312319230 threads started for the new season.
