Brother fraternities of sororities.
 

Who are some?
Delta Zeta and Kappa Delta in particular.

We don't have a brother fraternity, per se. A member of Phi Delta Theta assisted our founders in forming Delta Zeta. And, on my campus, Kappa Sigma assisted us in forming our collegiate chapter. But, in keeping with our National Policy, Delta Zeta does not recognize any fraternity as a "brother fraternity."

I'm not sure about Kappa Delta's policy. :)
