Your list of top greek public universities?
Your ranking of midwest greek universities?

We've discussed this before:

Yeah you did, in 2006. We are currently in the year of 2009, I wouldn't be surprise if students opinions/ rankings change.

-Thanks for the reference to an older thread, though I would like to see if there is any updates.

Ok. I think Princeton Review & US News put out rankings every year. Check those out.

Yes, we know there are rankings, but the opnions of those rankings never really change.

Somebody usually says "Oh cool, my school is on there!"

Then somebody else says "These people have NO CLUE what they're talking about, ________ University Greek system is clearly stronger than ________."

Then somebody points out that the rankings and methodologies used to create them are subjective.

And it goes around and around.

I've seen princeton, but not introduced well to US News. I know some students think ranking ( such like those from princeton) are adjusted sometimes. So I wanted more of a users of greekchat.com opinions.

-Though it would be interesting ( at least for me )

Princeton Review rankings differ a lot now then 2006 ( think that's the correct year), and same with MSN.

In the grand scheme of things, what does it matter? Focus on your grades and select a university based on academics, not solely on Greek life.

I believe KSUViolet is trying to get you to realize that all the opinions are subjective. Usually, when this subject is brought up, it ends up as a trainwreck and the thread gets locked. Someone who goes to Mizzou is going to say they are #1 and that Illinois and Kansas suck. Someone from K-State will come on, tell the Mizzou person that they are an idiot and that everyone knows K-State is the best and all Mizzou Greeks are losers.

It doesn't matter what Princeton or MSN say.

Asking a question about the ranking of greek schools, and now your choosing a school solely based on the Greek life?
-That's ridiculous

Due to interest/ possibility of joining a fraternity in the future, I would like to know students opinions of schools greek life ( from there I will use my own personal information such as preference in academics etc.... to determine the school overall, I just asked for a simple opinion list).

Probably will only be pointless to reply to such a comment.

I've looked up this information, I was just looking for greekchat.com users opinions. If you don't want to leave a opinion, I'm okay with that.

In short words, if your just going to critize/ attack this thread ( speaking to all greekchat.com users) then your comment isn't welcome here.

Opinions will be based soley on who you ask. If you ask people on this board, everything will be biased to one side. Ask people who are not in the Greek system from the same schools and you will receive an entired different viewpoint.

I agree with Kansas City. First base your choice on academics and location. Then find out about their Greek System, Social Life and Football Team.

Funny how the majority of GreekChat seems to think otherwise.

FAIL.
