Looks like Sims 2. Anybody still playing Sims 2? Lost interest a long time ago.

I'm buying it the day it comes out even though I have no PC to play it on.
It looks incredibly similar but some of the new features will be amazing!

My wife plays the game.

I will be buying it for her.

The detail doesn't look any better than the Sims 2. I used to play it a lot too, but they started adding too many unnecessary things.

I <3 Sims though I haven't had time to play in ages.

The biggest feature coming out with Sims 3 is the seamless environment. Your Sims will now be able to leave their house and interact with anyone outside in the environment. More than just on their sidewalk--which is how it's been for a while.

I don't know. I'm kind of excited about it.

I have short-term obsession bouts with the Sims.
I'll play it aallll the time for a couple of months, then won't touch it for about 6 or 7 months, then I'll really get into it again for a while, and then I'll get over it.....

When's it come out?

I'm exactly the same way! But I'm definitely interested in seeing this new one.

PC release is slated for sometime this February. But, anyone who has followed
EAGames knows that the Sims never releases on time.

Yip, I'm going for April or May.
