Expansion Activities
 
Hello Sigmas...

Not sure if you all are aware but Sigma has been invited to present that the following schools:

Penn College of Technology, Williamsport, PA (Feb. 13)
Westminster College, Fulton, MO (Feb. 19)
Grand Valley State University, Allendale, MI - Epsilon Gamma recolonization (Feb. 20)

Also, I may be a part of the national expansion team...I'm crossing my fingers and have made inquiries and have been tentatively approached!

Tri Sigma has been selected to colonize in the Fall of 2009 at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock along with Kappa Delta and Gamma Phi Beta.

This is a unique opportunity to establish a Panhellenic community on this campus. Chi Omega currently has a chapter and is eager to have more NPC gropus on campus to expand opportunities for women at UALR.

Keeping my fingers crossed for the Epsilon Gamma recolonization. It always pains me when a chapter closes.

That's great news. I trust that Panhellenic has done their homework, as the campus lost Pi Phi and Tri Delta chapters in recent years. I remember that Kappa has a dormant chapter that closed in the 1980's at UALR.

I am an active chapter member at UALR. I was browsing on here to do some research on our soon-to-be Greek sisters that are coming this Fall and found this thread. Chi Omega is so excited to be having these three sororities join us in the Fall! We are looking forward to meeting all of these women and growing the Greek system at UALR!
