Kelly Osbourne Back in Rehab
Rock spawn Kelly Osbourne has entered a rehabilitation center for 30 days. People magazine reports the 24-year-old checked into an unnamed center in Los Angeles.
Her reps tell the magazine, "Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues. Her family stands by and supports her." On Thursday, mother Sharon Osbourne was quoted by RadarOnline.com, saying, "Yeah, Kelly's in rehab. What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we're proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she's getting it... We just pray that everything's going to be okay." http://extratv.warnerbros.com/2009/0...k_in_rehab.php A chip off the old block! |
Hopefully she can get the help she needs. Now that she's checked in, I hope she'll be able to have that ounce of willingness to start that long road of recovery.
Easy does it, Kelly! |
She & Jack are supposed to have a new variety show on Fox. I wonder if it'll happen or not?
|
I'm a little behind. What's Kelly's major issue? Depression? Alcohol?
|
Apparently she parties too much while in London
|
I don't think they have rehab for going to too many parties.
|
"It's a very party atmosphere there," says the source. "[Kelly] just tends to get back into that rut when she's there since her friends are there, and she's just more comfortable there. The old party habits come back."
When Osbourne checked into treatment, her rep told PEOPLE that former reality star wanted "to address some personal issues." |
I don't think "party habits" means "in the habit of going to too many parties". I think it means "in the habit of doing illicit drugs or alcohol at parties".
The use of "personal issues" makes me think she has bipolar disorder or depression or another mental illness. Their family has been pretty open with their problems with addiction. |
I didn't say she goes to too many parties, I said she "parties too much"
Sorry for trying to answer your question...next time I'll know better |
