Apparently she was working close to 24 hours straight on the inauguration coverage.

I don't know about you, but if I was working 24 hours straight, I would start to look and act a bit loopy...

Seriously, she acts like that some of the time....yes, her speech was a bit slurred in parts, but mine would be took after being on the air for near to 24 hours!
