How to recognize chapter?
 

Hi everyone!

I'm the Scholarship Advisor for Zeta Alpha (Eastern Michigan University) and I need to enlist the help of my creative sisters. Earlier in the week, the Chapter Advisor had emailed me, saying that she thought the entire chapter made grades for the fall semester. I responded, half-jokingly, that if the entire chapter made grades, I would bake them all brownies.

Much to my complete shock, not only did they all make grades, but the chapter's GPA for the fall semester is 3.44!!! I got an email from the Director of Greek Life saying that this might be the highest chapter GPA in university history!

At this point, my promise of brownies seems to be kind of lackluster. :D These ladies have worked extremely hard and should be recognized for such an outstanding accomplishment. I'd like to do something for them, but am coming up short of ideas. Any suggestions you all can think of would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Do you have a scholarship budget?

I'm a Zeta Alpha alumna and the Area Coordinator for E. Tell Stacey that Denise will donate some funds if they want to have a pizza party or something for the women. That is absolutely awesome and the highest GPA the chapter has ever had since my Initiation in 1984. I think we can arrange a special accolade for them at IRD also. I'll email some folks. I think we can get some Big Squirrels to send them notes of congratulations. This is an amazing accomplishment for this chapter! I'm so proud :)

Dee, you're not out of the loop...you're on the other side of the loop :). To call you anything but fully engaged is grossly dishonest.
ZA did sooooooooo well! This is incredible news!!!!!!! I am so excited for them!!!!

Alright, I'm in a different loop these days. I have to try to keep up with my chapter of Initiation though!
