OMG this gives new meaning to "blue balls" doesn't it? How embarassing. I have been skiing at Vail and those chair lifts are fast and if you aren't really familiar with how to board them fast and correctly, you can easily have mishaps.

He's suing the photographer, or something. Heard about it on the radio this morning.

Is there just one photographer? I thought lots of skiers used their cell phones and took pictures and posted them.

The photographer lost his job ovef the pictures, but I'm sure he will make more money selling them to the tabloids.

Can he really lose his job over those photos?

Evidently, his job was to photograph skiers for the resort. These are the guys that have you stand at the top of the mountain, sometimes in front of the sign, and sell you a picture for $100.

Well then he did his job. Not everyone likes the pictures people take of them. lol.
