and they blame it on the recession....I thought it was the internet...

Maybe more people are looking for their porn on the intarwebs because they can't afford to go to the porn store anymore?

Like DS said, I think it's moreso the younger generations knowing how to obtain adult movies for free, just like how we all knew how to get free music before it was (more or less) regulated.

Old porn heads will probably never go through the trouble of finding a GC-like adult forum where they trade download links and passwords. Nor will they get software like HJ split which can divide large files so they're easier to store on places like megaupload or zshare. Said software also can rejoin the files. And they probably won't pay the 30 bucks for three months of a premium megaupload or rapidshare account once they find said download links....not realizing that for only 30 bucks you can download hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of movies files which you'd have to ordinarily go downtown in your trenchcoat and fedora to sneak around and get a measly out dated dvd.

Nah, only the younger tech savvy porn heads know about all of those tricks.

Think of it like this...when people get caught pirating movies and worse yet peddling smut...in most cases they using those types of sites as well as torrents to get their movies...

you just download your porn from the same place you download your movies... only one person needs to buy in, make it into a torrent, and then its free to all... its all about the torrents!!! Of course, if you are pretty quick at *cough cough* there are plenty of 30 second clips out there for free on thumbnail sites
