We have a sister competing for Miss America. Emily Cox, Miss Kentucky. AGDee figured this out in the Miss America thread in the entertainment forum.

As most people know by now, Emily didn't win the crown. But! She did win the Quality of Life Award.

"The three Quality of Life Awards, which are funded by past Miss America winners, were introduced in 1988 to recognize contestants who excel in their commitment to community service."
