Clothing for Winter Weather Rush
 

During the casual days of rush, are flat boots appropriate?

During the business days, should a PNM dress for a meeting with conservative accountants or a meeting with a trendy magazine staff (Devil Wears Prada)?

For the formal night, are beaded/ornate cocktail dresses appropriate, or should the dress be more understated? There are a lot of pretty dresses with beading but I wondered if they were "too much" even though they don't show cleavage or are not inappropriate in any other way.

These are all good questions to ask your recruitment counselor (Pi Chi, Gamma Chi). Since your RC goes to your school, she'll be able to answer your questions based on the culture of your campus.

If you haven't gotten your RC yet, check your greek life page for your school or do a search on your school's website. They may have something posted from previous years so that you can get an idea.

I would say for any school on Pref night you do not want to wear a beaded cocktail dress. Think formal wedding guest (evening wedding) versus flashy cocktail party.
