used to be the old beta tau chapter of ASA at SUNY Oswego....did this happen to any other surronding chapters of ASA?

Apparently they kept the traditions and creed of ASA, and they mistakenly write ASA instead of ASX several times on their website.

I don't think that's a mistake at all, I think they probably still go by ASA as a nickname. Considering the number of Asian Student Associations and African Student Associations who also do so, there is nothing the sorority can do about it.

Most of the ASA chapters at SUNYs were former chapters of the Clionian society and they went back to Clio after the ban on nationals at SUNYs. Alpha Sigma Chi is the only one who didn't.

I wonder if they'd ever want to go back to ASA since they preserved so much of your ideals? I can imagine that I'd do the same thing as a collegian if the state suddenly came in and said "You can't be AOII anymore!" I'd change it to AOPhi and keep Cardinal and the Red Rose. Smart girls!

We just got one of our Clio chapters back (Gamma Clio), so I wouldn't be surprised if we get this one back as well.
