:)Hello,

I am the new recruitment chair for a new uprising sorority/society/organization @ the university of texas @ el paso. I am trying to look for recruitment ideas that will help us get numbers and quality. we need the numbers in order for NPC to actually give us the vote to be picked up by a national sorority. But we do want good quality girls we are recognized by NPC o our campus we just need the final vote. any ideas will help thank you!!!

Don't sacrifice quality for numbers.

Get "I Heart Recruitment", read it, learn it, do it. Good luck, and follow 33girl's advice...having a lot of girls that don't contribute anything to the group is as good as having no members at all.

How many more girls are you trying to recruit? Are you trying to get as many girls as ZTA & AXiD?

The best recruitment ideas, especially for that campus, are going to be social type events---Where you invite girls (the potential new members-PNMs) to just hang out. Go bowling, have an ice cream social, things like that to bring in the girls.

There are a lot of good potential PNMs out there, and you have to advertise your events all around campus & not just at the union.
