Philanthropy ideas for alumnae chapter please
 

One of our board members just stepped down and now I'm in charge of planning and pulling together our big philanthropy project for the year. It supports Prevent Child Abuse America and a local women's center.

That said, I need ideas for a great event. We're in Washington, DC so there are lots of possibilities, but I want it to be good enough that we'd want to repeat the same event in the future.

ANY ideas of successful events your alumnae groups have pulled together would be GREATLY appreciated.
