after a girl gets pinned from her boyfriend thats in a fraternity, when is she allowed to wear the pin. like does she have to be in formal wear.

Check with your Chapter's and/or National's Bylaws. Some have distinct rules about when their Brothers can or cannot wear Pins. They may apply to sweethearts/girlfriends/wives as well.
