New Member Educator Ideas

I was just appointed the New Member Educator for our 13's at the UIUC Iota Chapter (yay!). I'm trying to brainstorm some ideas for activities/lessons next year and came to a bit of a mind block.
I know my year ('11) we didn't really do many "bonding" activities so I wanted to see what other chapters do for fun events and such. I heard about "Sneak" and I was curious to hear more about that. If y'all have any ideas please share!

Congrats on being elected NME, PandaPal11!

There are some great ideas in the New Member Educator Manual, so be sure to read through it. Also, make sure to touch base with your NM Adviser for suggestions and ideas.

One idea that I suggest to my chapters is to have big sisters, various chapter officers, advisers and even appropriate area alumnae attend NM meetings. Getting the chapter involved with your NM program is a win-win for everyone! Good luck and have fun with your office.
