Grammy Nominees and Concert

Anyone else watching this? What do you think of the nominees?

Best New Artist...I am familiar with only one group, the Jonas Brothers, and I'm not really a fan of them.

Best New Album...I don't own any of those albums, so I can't pick my favorite for that one.

What is everyone else's take?

I didn't see the concert (because I am at work), but I did see the nominations listed.

Best New Artist: Glad to see Jasmine Sullivan get nominated. Like Duffy. Jonas Brothers can kick rocks and rather see Estelle and/or Leona Lewis in their place.

Album of the Year: Ne-Yo's album is good, but don't think it will win. I don't see the big deal on Lil Wayne and why he got all of those nods. I think Coldplay will win.

There are alot of artists, bands, and albums that I like nominated this year, I went through them and seriously couldn't pick. I'd like to see Lupe Fiasco & Jason Mraz come home with some awards. I like Jay-Z & Duffy too. I'm particularly excited to see The Raconteurs nominated for Best Rock Album.

I don't usually watch award shows, but I think I'll DVR these, since people I like and albums I actually listen to are on it.

G-D. No more Taylor Swift and the Jonas Brothers! Adele was a pleasant surprise. Love love love her songs.

LL needs to teach Taylor how to properly shift her body when trying to follow the camera and teleprompter.

Eww the fact that the Jonas Brothers are even nominated makes me think less of the Grammys. The Grammys are supposed to have the best in music.

Sorry, Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus & even Taylor Swift are NOT the best in music.

Keep them at the Nickelodeon Kid's choice awards.
