Housing at Georgia State
 

I just got word that AXiD got one of the new Townhomes that is being built/owned by the University! Does anybody else know if the other NPC groups on campus got one as well? I believe they'll be able to move in Fall 2009.

I've heard though that there will not be a room big enough for a chapter meetings in the townhomes, so they'll have to continue using the student life center for meetings. Bummer :(

Yea for a xi d and Greek life at Georgia state! Have they started building the Greek houses at west Georgia yet?

The houses have started at UWG!!!

According to my Alpha Xi daughters, most if not all of the houses have a roof! Construction should go pretty fast from there. Everyone is pretty excited!!

They are planning on building on campus housing at the University of New Orleans. I am a Lambda Chi and we are currently the only ones allowed to have a house because we were grandfathered in. On campus housing would suck for us as it would be more expensive than our cheaper New Orleans home in the neighborhood around the school(It's mostly a deserted area due to Katrina resulting in a 7 bedroom home being very cheap.) On campus housing sucks for our situation. ; (
