Star Trek Prequel Preview
 

I saw the preview last night while I was watching my DVR of Terminator.

I then saw this this morning courtesy of Yahoo and thought I would share.

I was never a fan of the original series (since I was raised in the TNG/DS9/Voyager era), but I'm actually looking foward to seeing this one. I'm sure it has more to do with JJ Abrams (Alias) doing it more than anything. Plus, the trailer looked cool (which is the point of a trailer)

I am kind of mixed on it....I wanna see how 'retro' this looks...you all know that J J Abrams is not really 'caught up" on Star Trek lore right?

I saw the preview for it last night. May seems so far away, but I'm really excited about it. I love Star Trek.

I am still ticked that iit was supposed to come out next month and they pushed it back!

Twilight did not push Harry Potter back....please. Warner Bros wanted to capitalize and make retarded amounts of money for a summer release.

I'm excited for the new Star Trek, it looks pretty cool. Zachary Quinto is going to be a good Spock, but I still think of him as Sylar.

I just saw the trailer today...I heard an interesting rumor that Leonard Nimoy is playing the old Spock and the story might be him retelling of his first adventures with the Enterprise?

Imdb does show Nimoy in the credits...

It's not a rumor. He is in the film. Zachary Quinto (akak SYlar of Heroes) is playing young Spock.

Oh I knew about Zachary Quinto...he is yummy....

I didn't know that. That sucks!!

Unfortunately, Cloverfield had even more hype than this movie and looked good before it came out, and that pretty much sucked, so I guess we'll see...

ummm, how can you do a Star Trek movie and not be caught up? thats like someone who thinks Star Wars was so-so doing the movie...

Cloverfield= Star Trek....... how can you compare the two???

Star Trek has been around for 40 + years!!!
