Good first impression!

During rush events, what is the best way to make a good first impression? Also, what is it that fraternity members look for in a new pledge?

It's always safe to treat it like a job interview: present yourself well by dressing appropriately, being familiar (at least minimally) with the organization, and being prepared to answer questions. GLO's are always looking for confidend, well-spoken, well-rounded, and sociable people.

Talk to the brothers as to make friends with them.
